Series 65 Heat Detector
€25.00 ex VAT
The Series 65 Heat Detectors monitor temperature by using either a dual thermistor network or a single thermistor network (CS versions), providing a voltage output proportional to the external air temperature.

Operation
In the A1R, BR and CR variants, paired NTC thermistors (one exposed, one insulated) sit on the PCB. Under stable conditions they have equal resistance; a rapid temperature rise causes the exposed thermistor’s resistance to drop relative to the insulated one. When the ratio exceeds a factory preset threshold, the detector alarms. CS variants use a single NTC thermistor network to provide a voltage output proportional to ambient temperature.
Compliance & Certification
- EMC Directive 2014/30/EU
